Barron Shepherd has over 30 years of coaching and instructor experience. He is an 8th-degree
black belt in Kajukenbo Kenpo Karate, a 5th-degree black belt and certified coach in Judo,
and a 3rd-degree black belt in Shotokan. Coach Barron is certified by NASM as a Sports
Performance Enhancement Specialist.
Barron has three published books: Dynamic Kajukenbo, Real Combat Judo, and Combat Judo to
Kajukenbo.
David Perrington is the assistant coach at Eagle Lake Kajukenbo. He is a 1st degree black belt
under Barron Shepherd.
